How Do You Create a High Performing Leadership Team?

Your job as the leader is to set and enforce the standards of acceptable performance and to keep raising the bar.  A-Players don’t want to work with B or C players. They want to be surrounded by other A Players, so holding on to bad team members may result in you losing some of your A-Players.
